Die steel manufacturing industry structural imbalance of low

Release time:2020-06-24
Structural problems such as structural imbalances in low-end and mid-end products, low capacity utilization, talent waste and talent shortage coexist
The excess capacity of my country's manufacturing industry is mainly concentrated in the low-end link. The capacity of some industries is not only a relative or cyclical surplus, but an absolute or persistent surplus, and the surplus is as high as 20%-50%. Iron and steel, coal, building materials, textiles, non-ferrous metals, fertilizers, petrochemicals, automobiles and other industries have serious overcapacity; machinery and ships have insufficient high-end supplies, and the middle and low-end have a serious excess. Although the industry is overcapacity, profits continue to decline, the debt burden continues to increase, and even losses, but in order to maintain market share, companies still maintain large-scale production, there is no large-scale production reduction, governments at all levels also put pressure on companies, resulting in further market supply and demand Unbalanced. On the other hand, in order to maintain the market, the phenomenon of companies seizing market share through "price war" is also more serious. This phenomenon occurs not only in traditional industries such as iron and steel, but also in high-end industries such as integrated circuits and high-speed rails and high-end materials such as rare earths; it not only appears in the domestic market, but also has a tendency to spread further in foreign markets. In addition to the conflict between "reducing capacity" and "steady growth" to a certain extent, there are human problems and debt problems that need to be resolved. Due to the decline in industry attractiveness, lack of talent training and disordered flow, there are a large number of industrial workers engaged in low-end and simple labor, and there are serious shortages of business-oriented talents, R&D and application-oriented talents and skilled workers that support industrial development.
