PM2060 Powder High Speed Steel

Pm-2060 is a super high alloy high speed steel with high carbon and vanadium made by powder metallurgy process. Bensteel is atomized by metal powder, compacted, and then thermally formed to the desired size.
Uniform organization gives it unique comprehensive properties. Its characteristics are as follows:
- Good grinding performance
- Good dimensional stability of heat treatment
- Good toughness
- Very good red hardness
- Very good wear resistance

Purpose:
- High wear resistance continuous punching die, precision stamping, cold forging, cold pumping, forming die, stamping and other punching rod and die kernel.
- PM-2060 is especially suitable for single-edge cutting tools with high requirements for wear resistance and hardening of steel. Such tools include cutting tools, cutting tool, forming tool, cold working tool and tools for machining difficult materials.
